Romana embarked on an incredible journey along her path to wellness and natural health. In mid-2021, she traveled from Australia to Ixtapa, Mexico, drawn by a deep commitment to expanding her knowledge and embracing holistic healing. This led her to attend an intensive natural health and healing training program, where she immersed herself in transformative learning experiences.
During this time, Romana envisioned creating a healing sanctuary in beautiful Mexico. She dreamed of living her most authentic life while offering a nurturing haven for those eager to embark on their own profound healing journeys.
Now, Casa-Samana is a reality. Embodying Romana’s passion for holistic healing, wellness, and building a community where individuals can find their own path to health and happiness. As she welcomes those seeking healing, growth, and transformation, she looks forward to the stories that will unfold, continuing to evolve on the journey of wellness and natural health.

After a lifetime of suffering with eight auto immune disorders, chronic pain and countless diseases,
I tried nearly every available treatment over Thirty Years.
Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on so called treatments, that didn’t work. I became bed ridden at age 50. Instead of just laying down and waiting to die like I was advised to, I chose to take the hardest moment in my life and use it as my fuel and determination for recovery.
Now at age 55, I have completely turned my life around and learned how to heal myself.
It has required a gradual yet consistent complete lifestyle change.
I am now a master health practitioner with the deepest passion to teach you how to take full responsibility
for your self and become your own healer too .
The past 8 years, I have incorporated many different modalities and within the the past 4 years while in Mexico have accelerated my learning through a deep personal journey of experiential learning, deep dive research and spiritual healing journey
that has changed my life beyond recognition
